Thank you for signing up to attend our next Coop2Kitchen Pop-Up in Middletown this Saturday, September 27th at 11:30am. We'll be meeting at the Universal Healthcare Foundation offices at 425 Main Street, 2nd floor in Middletown. If you're not sure where this building is, it's located between Esca Restaurant and Fujiya Ramen on Main Street. We'll have a table set up out front, too. You can park on the street or behind the building. The entrance to the parking lot is on the Washington Street side of the building next to Wells Fargo Bank. Here's an idea of our schedule for Saturday: 11:30am- Pop-Up Begins 12pm- Sofrito Demonstration and Lunch 1pm- Policy 101 Workshop Begins!
